Returns

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged.

No refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Scent or preference dissatisfaction
  • Opened or used products

Eligibility

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label

Resolution

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • Store credit

Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Fragify does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
